Another one of my black and white series. This time I tried my luck on a more complicated theme incorporating various figures. If you look closely there are 6 figures sitting around an open camp fire.
I know it's difficult to make out but that is somehow intended.
The size is relatively small, 50 x 80 cm but then again it is just a study for a bigger one.
Considering that it took me well over 30 hours to make I am still a bit hesitant to take on a larger task but it's coming.
Holy lord there so much detail, everytime I stare at a specific point of the piece theres something new to discover. Man you have one hell of a pacience! I love it! (you like fish dont you theyre everywhere!)

thanks for the comment. Yeah - I like the fishes - they represent calm and freedom. Anyhow - I will try to put more stuff in my paintings - cars - birds - telephones, mushrooms etc. but sometimes I forget - hehehe

Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".

But I like yours a lot more, as it has an intended subject matter.
This is really great, I would love to see a bigger version, but i wonder how long it would take you...

"If I knew how to take a good photograph, I'd do it every time."

Painting little black lines for days in a row can be quite boring and it really helps if you can have a laugh for yourself while doing it.
It depends if I find a big canvas, if not I will paint it on wood - 160 x 120 cm or even 180 x 120 - we see.
Have a nice weekend
