Wow, what a country. My first stop was Phuket - not a bad place, lots of bars, clubs, shops, ladyboys, bargirls etc.etc. It's interesting and in it's own way quite inspirational.

Before I came here I envisioned Thailand to be a bit like India - just with Asian people but it's not at all like that. It's more like Germany with Asian people - very nice hotels, air conditioned restaurants, fantastic food, modern roads etc.

They are very artistic, lot's of art shops and lot's of talent.

Now we are in Ko Lanta. Much more laid back - an island approximately 5 hours drive from Phuket. Long white beaches, palm trees, amazing sea life, shells, very chilled and relaxing.

We will spend a couple of days here - just to relax and enjoy.

There is Internet everywhere so it's not problem to keep the Journal updated
